This is a Markdown-based Shortcut for iOS and Mac that steps you through the Daily Examen practice. This specific technique is something I used in college and found out through InterVarsity. Through a series of prompts you will pray and reflect on your day by answering prompts and writing your thoughts down.

You can save your writings into Day One, Bear, or copy as Markdown or Rich Text into your favorite note taking app.

Requirements

If you’ve enabled “Mindfulness focus,” you need to have added the Mindfulness focus in your device’s settings.
